OSCEOLA CENTER FOR THE ARTS, Edward A. Moore Studio Theater
The Edward A, Moore Studio Theater redefined OCFTA by establishing a campus approach for the local growing artist community. The Studio Theater was a "Black Box" concept giving multidisciplinary artists space to practice their craft and engage in intimate performances. Creating opporunities for art display of all types started with the new theater's link to the existing theater by a landscaped "art walk".

PARK MAITLAND SCHOOL, Courtyard & Building Renovation
The Park Maitland School campus is a charming tapestry of old & new structures woven within simple gardens and ponds. This project included renovations to an older pool building, enlarged classrooms, added offices, storage space and a new children's restroom. The centerpiece of the transformation was a complete overhaul of a residual courtyard into a "Story Garden" for teaching & play. With concentric gardens and play circles, the multi-purpose space stimulates children by encouraging reading and imaginative play. The gardens are used by the teachers and students. The main play circle has custom benches adjacent to the library for outdoor group reading.
HOLDEN HEIGHTS COMMUNITY CENTER
The Holden Heights Community Center is provided by Orange County Capital Projects Division. The 9000sf community center is a new facility giving much needed administrative space for community adult services. The center also features a large multi-use space for group programs & rental space as well as a back patio that acts as break-out space providing charming neighborhood views across Lake June.
